Job description

FraudFighter is a 22 year old leader in fraud detection and loss prevention services. Our solutions are in use by nearly 40% of the Fortune 500, as well as the US Department of Homeland Security, and thousands of other businesses, large and small.

We require a professional Sales Development Rep (SDR), with potential to be promoted to a full Account Development Rep (ADR).

We are looking for a full-time candidate that can work dynamically with other members of our team and potential clients. As such, this position utilizes technical/organization skills to support sales relationships for all accounts.

Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager this position will be trained and supervised on the job. Initially, the SDR will get in contact with a decision maker over the phone, via email and/or on LinkedIn or other platforms. They will read off of a quick script or send email templates and try to setup a meeting for an ADR to give a live video-demo of the products.

The ultimate goal is for the SDR to be able to independently produce leads, and conduct the product demonstrations themselves, with ultimate sales/close responsibilities and opportunities for significant commissions-based compensation.

Starting pay will be a solid monthly base ($3,500) plus a bonus ($75) for every appointment set up. 20 appointments per month would hit target compensation of $60,000 per year. Uncapped commissions allow for growth into an ADR role with potential for $150,000-$250,000 earnings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, identify and qualify new PALIDIN SaaS opportunities within the Banking, Auto Dealer / Rental, Wealth Management, General lending & Insurance industries.
  • Contact potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn, responsible for 70+ outreaches per day
  • Effectively articulate and raise customer interest in PALIDIN value proposition, while handling objections with empathy and professionalism
  • Schedule deeper discovery meetings with qualified prospects for PALIDIN ADRs
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date lead and opportunity data in Salesforce and Hubspot CRM databases
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams to provide vital feedback on future product opportunities
  • Works effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving startup culture
  • Promote FraudFighter – you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of demonstrated success in technology sales
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent job experience
  • Excellent communication skills. Positive attitude, tenacious, and hungry to build your own territory and income stream
  • Inside sales or relevant experience selling over the phone/web or customer facing retail eg. Smartphone /Solar Energy sales, discovering usage patterns and aligning product / services solution
  • Familiarity with SaaS technology platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot is a plus

COMPENSATION:

  • A generous Base Salary
  • Uncapped commission earnings potential
  • Plan to earn $60,000-$80,000 in Year 1
